Gel Crusher™ Spin Columns are designed for efficient processing of gel samples in molecular biology workflows. Columns feature 10 x 600um pores and fit 2ml capless tubes and function as strainer basket for gel fragmentation and breaking processes.
Capless micro-tubes provide added flexibility for use with spin columns in applications such as DNA extraction . Made from autoclavable BioClear™ polypropylene for high clarity and are certified free of RNase , DNase, human DNA, pyrogens, and PCR inhibitors. Tubes are E-beam sterilized, withstand -90°C to +121°C and withstand 22,000 x g.
